SALES TERMS & SERVICE AGREEMENT

FOR MEDICAL INTUITIVE SERVICES BY IRENA FEIST

SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

This Sales Terms & Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision of medical intuitive or spiritual reading services (“Services”) provided by Irena Feist (“Practitioner”). The individual seeking such Services shall hereinafter be referred to as “Client”.

DISCLAIMER

The Client acknowledges and understands that the Practitioner, Irena Feist, is NOT a medically trained professional, psychologist, psychiatrist, nutritionist, or registered dietitian. The Services provided by the Practitioner is a form of spiritual reading, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client is advised to consult with a healthcare professional for any physical or mental health related issue.

TREATMENT

Services offered by the Practitioner involve interpretive readings based on intuition and do not offer any guaranteed outcomes. The Client is entirely responsible for how they interpret, apply, or utilize any information received during the session.

REFUND POLICY

Due to high demand and the personalized nature of the Services, the Practitioner maintains a strict NO REFUND policy. Once the Client schedules an appointment, the Client agrees to this NO REFUND policy. No refund will be provided for cancellations.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared during the sessions will be kept confidential unless there is a legal obligation to disclose it.

SEVERABILITY

If any term or provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, it will not affect the other terms or provisions of this Agreement.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state and jurisdiction in which the Practitioner operates.

By booking and purchasing Services from Irena Feist, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms of this Agreement. It is advised that the Client reviews this Agreement carefully and consult with a legal professional if they have any queries or reservations prior to agreement.

8. Spiritual Agreement

You agree that I read your soul and/or blueprint documentation.
